Creation of E2P2L with 4 partners 

When E2P2L was inaugurated, it comprised a partnership with France’s Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), East China Normal University (ECNU) and Ecole Normale Superieure de Lyon (ENS Lyon).
